Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bajeeh ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bajeeh online gaming platform available at https://bajeeh.com. These Terms apply to all services provided by bajeeh, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and the associated cashier and account management functions.

bajeeh reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bajeeh will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the bajeeh platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bajeeh operates. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. Where bajeeh provides communications in Bengali for player convenience, those translations are non-binding and the English text governs in all circumstances.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the bajeeh platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date you register your bajeeh account.
• You are accessing bajeeh as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any such person employed by bajeeh or any of its affiliate companies, payment partners, or game software providers.
• You have not previously had a bajeeh account that was suspended or permanently closed as a result of a violation of these Terms or any applicable platform policy.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by bajeeh or any recognised responsible gambling organisation, that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming platforms.

bajeeh enforces age verification as a mandatory step prior to any withdrawal being processed. Where bajeeh has reasonable grounds to believe a player may not satisfy the minimum age requirement, the account will be suspended pending document-based verification. During any such suspension, no wagering, deposits, or withdrawals will be permitted.

bajeeh operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any player found to have misrepresented their age during registration will be permanently banned from the platform, any winnings accrued during the period of underage access will be forfeited, and any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after the verification process is complete.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of bajeeh services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and using the cashier — you must register a personal account. bajeeh permits only one account per individual. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. bajeeh is not liable for any service interruptions, failed transactions, or account access issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

As part of bajeeh's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, players will be required to submit identity verification documents before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents typically include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. bajeeh reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active bajeeh account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension.
• Accurate information required: All registration details must be truthful and match the documents you provide during KYC verification.
• KYC before first withdrawal: Identity and address verification documents must be approved before bajeeh processes any withdrawal request.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bajeeh strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP.
• Notifying bajeeh of compromise: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bajeeh immediately at [email protected]. bajeeh is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• No corporate or shared accounts: Accounts must be registered in the name of a natural individual. Corporate entities, syndicates, or groups sharing a single account are not permitted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bajeeh are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajeeh supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bajeeh account balance instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum deposit amount on bajeeh is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bajeeh; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 15 to 30 minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bajeeh reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

• Currency: All account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by bajeeh.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within one business day, subject to KYC approval.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals are returned to the payment source used for the original deposit. This is a fraud-prevention measure and applies without exception.
• Third-party payments prohibited: Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not accepted. Any such deposit will be returned and the account investigated.
• Dormant account fees: Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200, applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in again.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

bajeeh offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded on bajeeh are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in total wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated. Players who have self-excluded or applied deposit limits that conflict with the bonus terms are not eligible.
• One active bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%), and sports bets may have separate rollover conditions. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active and before wagering requirements are met, the maximum allowable stake per bet is ৳1,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry period from the date of award. Unused bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are always stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse and exploitation: bajeeh reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it reasonably determines that bonus funds have been used in a systematic, low-risk, or otherwise exploitative manner designed to generate guaranteed profit rather than genuine recreational play.
• No cash equivalent: Bonus funds have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met. Bonus funds cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to another player, or used for any purpose other than wagering on bajeeh.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bajeeh, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational gambling purposes. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful to bajeeh, other players, or the integrity of the games and betting markets available on the platform. The following conducts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility status.
• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one bajeeh account simultaneously — whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in a way designed to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or live casino format offered on bajeeh.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting glitches, software errors, or misconfigured odds to generate winnings to which you would not otherwise be entitled. Any winnings generated in this manner will be voided.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering on bajeeh. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and legal recovery action.
• Money laundering: Using the bajeeh cashier to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling. bajeeh applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on bajeeh without human intervention.
• Abuse of support staff: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language at any bajeeh support team member via any communication channel.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on bajeeh are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) specifications as set by the respective provider. bajeeh does not modify the mathematical parameters of any game provided by a third-party studio.

Random Number Generator (RNG) based games — including all slots, virtual table games, and crash game formats — use certified RNG software that produces statistically independent and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the operational procedures of the providing studio (Evolution Gaming or Ezugi as applicable).

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection during a live game round, a crash during a slot spin, or an error in the display of a betting market — bajeeh will apply the following resolution procedure: where the outcome of the game round can be verified from server logs, the result will stand; where the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. bajeeh's decision on technical dispute resolution is final.

Sports betting markets on bajeeh — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are settled based on the state of the fixture at the point at which the market was offered and closed. Incomplete fixtures that do not meet the minimum completion requirement for a given sport will be voided and stakes returned.

• RNG certification: All RNG-based games on bajeeh are supplied by providers with independently certified random number generators. bajeeh does not alter these parameters.
• Live dealer integrity: Live dealer tables are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios. All dealing procedures are governed by those studios' own certified procedures.
• Technical failure policy: Verified outcomes stand. Unverifiable outcomes result in stake return. bajeeh's determination is final and not subject to further appeal.
• Sports settlement: Cricket and other sports bets are settled on official results. Incomplete fixtures below minimum completion thresholds are voided.
• Void markets: bajeeh reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where odds were clearly incorrect, or where a match or event is subsequently found to have been manipulated.

Account Suspension and Closure

Players may request the closure of their bajeeh account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal schedule and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

bajeeh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or money laundering activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity; or at the request of a responsible gambling organisation or regulatory authority.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to use the dedicated self-exclusion tools available within the bajeeh account settings panel, or to contact [email protected] directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and result in immediate access restriction. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under a different identity — doing so is a breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences.
